Individuals most frequently qualify as accredited investors by meeting either the Income or Net Worth
Income - Your income has been equal to or greater than $200k per year (or $300k if married) for the last two years and you expect it to continue at that level into the future.
Net Worth - Your net worth is greater than or equal to $1 million without including the equity in your primary home.
If you don't meet the accredited definition criteria, you can still sign up to receive our educational content and high level investment summaries. However, we will not show you the full investment package or solicit funds from you unless it is a qualifying investment opportunity and we have spent enough time with you, in person or over video calls, to have established a meaningful relationship with you where we feel confident in recommending suitable opportunities.
